Hire-a-Falcon is your one-stop-shop for posting jobs, requesting resumes, scheduling on-campus interviews, and registering for career fairs.

Post Jobs and Internships:
Log into Hire-a-Falcon and post positions. You can also update and reactivate previously posted positions, saving you time!

Request Resumes (coming in early June):
Request resumes of students and alumni. Narrow search criteria to receive resumes of students in specific majors.

Schedule Interviews:
Reserve an interview room and set-up an online schedule for student sign-up. Log into Hire-a-Falcon (or create a free account) by clicking below. Then, request an interview room and set up an online schedule by clicking On-Campus Interviews (top navigation). Interviews are held in Career Services, 211 Hagestad Hall.

Register for Events:
Register your organization for the UWRF Career Fair.

To utilize your time on campus effectively, pair a combine options below. Career Services will help connect you with campus resources, students and faculty to make your visit a success.By coordinating through the career Services office, you will receive free parking and table reservations.

Present to a Student Organization
We can help you connect with appropriate student groups on campus. This is the best format to hold information sessions if student groups are interested. You may also be interested in providing real-life information to students on career related topics. Submit a request to connect with student organizations.

Present to a Class / Connect with Faculty
Many professors are open to hosting employers in class. It could be a five minute introduction to your company or an open position you may have, or a full class hour presentation about a career related topic. Submit a request to connect with faculty.

Table in the University Center
Employers can reserve 3 tables a semester for free. Tables are located in the University Center and are available to conduct employment-related outreach for hiring or to provide information about careers at your organization. Reserving a table for the purpose of sales is prohibited. Submit a table request.
