Our full-time MBA program launches in Fall 2013, featuring an 18-month program for students committed to the challenge of an intensive, immersive program.

MBA Mission:

To deliver a competitive Masters of Business Administration program to working professionals in the St. Croix Valley (Twin Cities region).  The program is grounded in the importance of competence in the functional areas of business, while expanding students’ understanding of the systemic elements that impact managing an organization.  An integrative course of study is designed to prepare students for career advancement as innovative and principled leaders.

Learning Outcomes:

Students completing the Master of Business Administration degree will possess skills that will make them better managers.  MBA graduates will be able to engage in integrated organizational decision-making using:

  1. Management, marketing, finance, principles.

  2. Appropriate research and statistical procedures.

  3. Effective human resource management and leadership principles.

  4. An understanding of ethical and legal frameworks.
