The Master of Business Administration Program at UW-River Falls is an interdisciplinary program, rooted in business administration as well as the social and behavioral sciences. Key elements of the program are:

MBA Mission:

To deliver a competitive Masters of Business Administration program to working professionals in the St. Croix Valley (Twin Cities region).  The program is grounded in the importance of competencies in the functional areas of business while expanding students’ understanding of the systemic elements that impact managing an organization.  The integrative course of study is designed to prepare students for career advancement as innovative and principled leaders.

Learning Outcomes:

Students completing the Master of Business Administration degree will possess skills that will make them better managers.  MBA graduates will be able to engage in integrated organizational decision-making using:

  1. Management, marketing, finance, principles.

  2. Appropriate research and statistical procedures.

  3. Effective human resource management and leadership principles.
