Since its inception in 2003, the Executive-in-Residence program’s objective has been to offer UWRF students and the St. Croix Valley community the opportunity to meet and interact with influential business leaders.
As guest lecturers, the Executives-in-Residence share their experience and business insights with students in the classroom.
“Past participants in the program have included business executives representing a wide variety of companies from food to manufacturing to aviation, heads of not-for-profit organizations, entrepreneurs and UWRF Emeritus,” according to Dr. Glenn Potts, Dean of the College of Business and Economics.
“Our students benefit greatly from the knowledge these executives bring to a classroom discussion and public lecture,” says Dean Potts. “For the Executive-in-Residence, it is an opportunity to meet the upcoming generation of business leaders.”
The Executive-in-Residence program brings executives to the campus during the fall and spring semesters. The College of Business and Economics and the WESTconsin Credit Union co-sponsor the program.
