Chancellor's Recognition Award for Classified Staff

The University of Wisconsin-River Falls each year recognizes two outstanding members of the Classified Staff.

Nominations come from permanent classified staff and supervisors of classified staff for both classified staff groups. Faculty, academic staff and students submit letters of support for nominees. Nominations are based on:

  1. Success in fulfilling the overall responsibilities of the job;

  2. Participation in university service projects outside of the job; and

  3. Human relations (interpersonal skills, attitude, support, etc.).

Nominations are made from two lists.

List A: Blue Collar, Crafts/Technical, and Law Enforcement/Security

List B: Administrative Support, Fiscal and Staff, and Supervisory/Human Resources/Other
