Potluck Social at the Kao International House

With a nod to the UWRF internationalist of old, who did so much to help build a very solid and wonderful foundation for our now-vibrant UWRF global campus, let’s gather at the new Kao International House (KIH) for a potluck social of lively conversation and global networking. This event is meant to celebrate our common bonds of international education and research and to just to have some good old fashion fun on a Friday after work!

What: Potluck Social
When: Friday, November 18, 2011, 4:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Where: Kao International House, 545 River Hills Drive, River Falls

Appetizer to pass? Great! (something ethnic/international would be cool…). Don’t forget to label what it is/where it’s from or even why you brought it.

BYOB: bring your own beverage (soda, water, hot chocolate, wine, beer, etc.)

The KIH is large, but parking is very limited - on a very narrow street (with parking on only one side). Due to this we need to limit the number of attendees to 75 and also ask that you car pool. If numbers get too large we will need to arrange for a shuttle van from the Hunt/Knowles parking lot.

If you are an internationalist it’s the place to be! Please invite any internationalist who may not have received the invite and encourage them to RSVP and join us!

RSVP to lynn.m.jermal@uwrf.edu or 715-425-3375
