It is important to give others access to your account if they are handling and paying all your bills. If anyone other than yourself calls or inquires about your account we will not be able to access the information for them with a release of information on file for you. If you would like to give other access please print this form and turn into the Student Billing Center at 217 North Hall Release of Information
