A FINANCE CHARGE, will be assessed at an annual percentage rate of 12%. It will be calculated on the unpaid balance and will be added to each bill. The unpaid balance is computed by taking the previous balance and subtracting payments and credits received. To avoid all finance charges, the account must be paid in full by the 10th day of the term including anticipated aid amounts that have not been credited to your account. Students on the partial payment plan will be billed for the full amount of the outstanding bill each month. The student may pay the remaining balance or more than the 50% minimum required payment to avoid or reduce future finance charges.
A monthly billing statement showing the previous balance and subsequent activity will be sent to your billing or e-mail address every 30 days. You can verify and/or change your address using eSIS. Students not making their own payments must forward bills to their parents or payment sources. It is the student's responsibility to furnish the University with a current address. Non-receipt of monthly statements does not excuse non-payment by the due dates.
