As a student:

To access eSIS QuikPAY®, sign on to your student account in eSIS using your Falcon ID number and password.

Go to the Student Center > Finances and click on "View & Pay Bill."  eSIS QuikPAY® will open in a new window. If you have a pop-up blocker, make sure it is turned off.  For additional information on how to enter a payment in eSIS QuikPAY ® click here .

As a parent:

Please see question 2.  Student has to set you up as an authorized payer in order to have access to their account.

Parents or other third parties can be given direct access to eSIS QuikPAY® by their student.  Students designate them as an “Authorized Payer” within eSIS QuikPAY®. This allows parents or other third parties the ability to use and store their own payment information.  Authorized Payers access eSIS QuikPAY® from the link provided in the notification e-mail or from the QuikPAY® link in the Tools section of the uwrf.edu homepage. Sign up for direct deposit for refunds (it is required). Contact Accounts Receivable if you are unable to obtain a bank account.  Sign up within QuikPAY.

UWRF accepts check payments at our Student Billing and Financial Aid Service Counter at 315 North Hall or cash payments at the Cashiers office from 1-3 p.m. everyday.  However, you can also make an e-check, Mastercard, or Discover payment through your eSIS account.  Please note that a 2.75% surcharge will be added to credit card payments. You will see the surcharge amount on the second screen, before your payment is submitted.

Your registration deposit stays on your account and every term you need to roll the deposit to the next term before you are able to register.  Log into eSIS and click on Account Inquiry>Registration Deposit tab at the top of the screen.  Roll to the next term.

The disbursement of financial aid comes directly to the school and then posts to the student accounts.  The funds pay your tuition balance first and if there is an overpayment of financial aid, the difference is refunded to you.  The fastest way to get a refund is to sign up for direct deposit.

No, as an authorized payer you are able to make payment and view the student's account online>  But in order to get information regarding your student's account if you call us, we have to have a release of information form on file which the student has signed.

UWRF does not send bills in the mail.  All bills are submitted electronically to the student's eSIS account.  The student will get an email in their UWRF email account notifying them a bill has arrived.  Authorized payers receive email notifications of bills as well.
