Sharing a concern:

How a student experiences the use of an accommodation can be rather private matters. For that reason, it's difficult for staff and professors to automatically know if a problem has developed. Each student is expected to outwardly report any accommodation problem so staff and professors can be fully aware and start to create an effective solution. Use of an Issue Report Form is encouraged for this purpose. Staff will make strong efforts to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
