What is Agricultural Economics?

Agricultural Economics applies the principles of economics to the production of crops, livestock and other agricultural areas. It focuses on creating a business mindset, while providing students with hands on and real world experiences. Students gain valuable management skills that they can apply to a variety of areas within the agricultural industry.
